Cos the linesman was no better than the referee. In fact neither linesman was up to much, neither of them spotted the keeper at least a yard outside the box virtually every time he kicked the ball out of his hands. yes they missed a few things that could of of cost us the game and yes some are poorer than others, but lets remember the standard of football we play ,we not going to get the best officials , these men are at the end of the day amateur refs, some are young lads learning the trade and some will probably officate at a higher level than the stones will ever reach, the older ones have probably reached the highest standard they ever will thats why they ref in the ryman .At the end of the season how many bad decision will work in our favour and we wont be calling the ref poor then will we. At the end of the day its a thankless task but without them we wouldn't have no football to watch

I don't think we.should worry too much about crowds yet. Last year we started of against Wealdstone, and we played Kingstonian on a Saturday, and we were at home on non-league day. Lets see what we get against Dulwich, Tonbridge and Margate, and during the run in if we're still well placed. Lets face it, until last night our home fixtures haven't been the most enticing for the casual fan. I think your find we was away to hampton last season on NNL day

these people in the know , obviously would have thought the same of gary lineker then ... They may have too, but in this occasion the subject was Frannie Collin , all due respect to the man but you couldn't begin to compare him to Gary Lineker !! wasnt comparing them, what I was trying to point out is that they are both goal scores and that is there function in the team and as you pointed out frannie will get you goals and with all due respect isn,t that the idea of the game

... Nice to mention Thierry Henry, but I don't think that even if he partnered Frannie up front it wouldn't improve his game at the moment !! ... Sorry, I was talking to some people "in the know" today and the same comment came back " Frannie Collin, he'll score you goals for you, but he won't fight or get too involved in a game " ... I couldn't help but agree ... I, like many of you like it when he scores goals, just wish that he would show a bit more passion at time. these people in the know , obviously would have thought the same of gary lineker then

Also, he stopped Flish from your using a towel to wipe the ball with before doing his long throws which is bizarre, players like Rory Delap were able to use towels and the ref wouldn't stop him, absolutely ridiculous!!! [br actually to use a towel to dry a ball is not permitted

I always said he is a class centre back and Jay should realise that he plays like a mad dog in midfield . But the reason why we already need to play him out of position needs to be addressed urgently. well said that man ,still disagree what you think of brown though haha

I only asked him if he knows how to play the ball on the floor. In reply I got 'f**k off, you're a ref, what do you know?'. I express my opinion quite openly to players and even Jay himself, I'm not scared of them. I'll just admit it when I don't like someone. I thought swearing was OK. Now you are moaning about it. it seems you can swear and cuss and it is K but others cannot. Double standards or what? double standards indeed NWS, quick to pounce on peoples lack of grammar in other posts and in the above post you have used the term K, or are you just going through a middle life crisis and trying to speak like the youth of today

Look at the end of the day, people are going to dislike players whether they're good or utter garbage. For me, the whole attitude makes me dislike a player i.e me and my non stop moaning about Luke Rooney. Jack Parkinson, as good as he thinks he is, can be so much better than he already is, if he just takes his head out of his arse. Can't say I'm a fan of the way JP plays, but I can certainly understand why some people rate/like him. I for one wouldn't want to change anyone's opinion on a player, as I wouldn't want to be forced to like someone. So if you like JP fair enough, but I don't. Haha clearly need to calm down no need to stress your self out to much Trig you've got school in the morning. Can't remember anybody asking for your personal opinion of any player either. After all said and done I'm looking forward to the season looks as though Jay has assembled a very strong squad. how patronising is that reply

Why does a dog owner have to pick up their dogs dump but a horse can dump in the middle of the road and the rider does nothing? Discuss. Dogs invariably dump on the path. Treading in shit is worse than briefly getting it on your tyres not when getting herded down Wembley way can avoid the horse turds. On the plus side you do tend to get plenty of room on public transport on the way home

I have actually played in a game about 30 years ago and was bitten by an opposing player, it had happened in a tournament in france whilst playing against an algerian side , it took me a while to work out why they took a dislike to us ,I think it had something to do with our team name .. Crusaders. I honestly think we would have been better off changing are name to saracens
