Generally I only go to town shops, when there is a match on, pop in to HMV, Waterstones, CEX, Trash or Treasure plus one or two others otherwise I would probably mostly shop online. Not only drinking establishments helped by the Stadium being where it is.

Didn't think Worgs was actually trying to pass for their second but rather just miss-kicked a lump up the field.
As for the Ref, I had never joined in with the Referee chant before today, but he was worth it.

We need to get rid of the big screen, we were OK till it was turned on, it has stolen the players souls!

Read my posts on the topic again very carefully please. I have no issue on noise and atmosphere in fact I encourage it. Believe it or not I have been criticised myself for it, as being away from the main nucleous of noise the stewards seem to take offence to it. Also, I have not defined those at fault for abusive behaviour as of any particular age sex colour creed. I don't care who you are, cheer your team; let the opposition players know about it when they cheat and fein injury, let the officials know about it when they are having a mare of a game. But do it in accordance with the ground rules and that my friend particularly at home with our numbers creates an atmosphere to bout the team on. Anyone who slates their own players should be hung drawn and quartered on week street in. My opinion. Any those that don't like atmosphere, noise, either put ear plugs in or wait for the high lights I've long ago given up trying to get anything going in the main stand. To be honest it can be a bit cringe worthy at times, clapping along to the chants like a bunch of old men at a brass band concert. Why not actually join in with the singing as well and get that atmosphere going around the whole ground. Seating just doesn't lend itself to chants with people who would sing separated by those who don't want to, the clapping is an improvement on a couple of seasons ago when the only sound was polite clapping for a good pass. The problem is that if you join in with a chant, and there are at least two areas in the main stand where a brave soul tries to start something off each game, it dies off leaving you hanging.

Can I just point out that it's 'too', not 'to' - as in 'too many', 'too much', etc. Thank you. And, while I'm at it - what's the situation now with bringing drinks into the ground? The first game we went to (pre-season), we were told we couldn't take drinks in and my daughter's bag was searched, but this has never happened again. We haven't tried to take in drinks since, but Tuesday they didn't have any Cokes, so I had to pay £1.70 for a bottle of the evil Pepsi, which everyone knows is the drink of the DEVIL! This is a step TOO far. I've noticed they're a little lax on that ruling now as well. Turned up only a couple of minutes late on Tuesday, large bag in tow, and some of the stewards were still outside, but not a single one of them made any attempt to check my bag. Not today, have bought two bottles of water in to the ground every match I have ever taken my son to since returning home and never had an issue, now supposedly you can't bring in a bottle of water if it is over 500ml. I asked why a bottle of water over this volume would be dangerous but no reason could be given except for 'safety'. My 12 year old 'water weilding football hooligan' son will have to go without!

For those who have watched the movie Battle of Britain, I have always thought that the bit where they were training at the start and Robert Shaw rapidly repeats 'attack, attack, attack' would sound great with enough people behind it. A bit of a rest for the voice, sort of like a low rumble. Not heard anyone do it before but that may be for a reason.

Just noticed today that you are now able to add Maidstone United to 'Google Now' on Android phones, not sure how good the updates will be but fingers crossed they are decent.

I think it may allow the badge to be copywrited, Wolves did something similar many years back as for a bit they played using the town crest but changed to the hexagon design to allow them to have full use on merchandise.
I personally think swapping the amber and black with a black border on the outside may have been better. Still looks brown from a distance to me but that may just be me.

Top suggestion mate. Can all end calmly and with reputations still intact. I await good news on this and am ready to 'abort', repeat 'abort the American sniper's mission currently on the 8th floor balcony of the library flats overlooking the £100k extra special Gallagher Stadium. Why did you pick an American? More danger to friendly supporters surely?
