It would be interesting to see if people's views changed if he was a top scoring forward instead...
Reminds me of Paulo Di Canio at West Ham. No one would touch him because he pushed a ref over, but Redknapp didn't care - he could smell a bargain 20 miles away in a force 9 gale.
Personally, I couldn't have cared less about the ref - he was the bloke who ran the Chequers Centre at the time, and I would have paid Di Canio to push him over.
But Di Canio's politics were a bit harder to digest - a distinctly fascist tinge (including thinking that Mussolini was a top Italian!). So that gave me pause for thought...
So, what did I do? Give up my ST? Write to the board in protest? No, I watched some of the best football I've ever seen, or are ever likely to.
I felt guilty about it, of course, but, f**k me, the man was a genius!

Zouma looks good enough for National South to me but the club won't make the same mistake twice and sign him!

Or you could read, ignore, move on. Like I do when reading some of the petty tripe against me. It didn't even affect you. So how about you move on FFFS

It would be interesting to see if people's views changed if he was a top scoring forward instead... It's a hard one, really. For instance, Mason Greenwood at Man United - the most vile recordings of him abusing and sexually assaulting his then girlfriend, but the case against him was dropped eventually due to pressure on the defendant. What happens to his career now? Despite his clear pedigree, I would not be happy in the slightest if he came here. He's not guilty in the eyes of the law, but he could come to the Gallagher, score 30 goals and I wouldn't step foot in Maidstone until he went. Not comparing what he did to what Zouma did of course, but there's a sliding scale for everyone.

Never argue with an idiot, he will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. Well thanks for the advice but I think you deserve the courtesy of a reply even if I am replying to idiocy. Are you going to just "leave it now FFS" or continue your one-eyed argument?
