Tbh I was happy to see and hear Hak get emotional after our defeat at Dorking.
To read posts from people demanding his sacking is pathetic.
Apparently some of these so called supporters have never even spoken to Hak
I can tell you Hak is the most approachable, likeable guy you could meet, highly motivated and committed.
Just amazed that anybody who is so remote from reality comes on this forum to spout such drivel.

Nice one Sam.
Its time for proper supporters to stand up and be counted.

Angry to sanguine and sanctimonious. That is what an open forum is about, a sharing of opinions. However, just because some people are getting fed up with seeing poor performances on a repeated basis does not make them any less 'true fans' than those happy to see the same old same old repeated week in, week out. Nobody expects to win every week, but as paying customers, we are entitled to comment on it. Repeating the same mistakes over and over will eventually lead to the Gallagher becoming a housing estate. It's happened before and not that long ago. Nothing wrong with saying when something ain't right and currently it isn't. What can be done about it is not down to this forum, but that should not stop someone having a go.

Back on track to the match Tuesday, and forgot to mention how good Lyons-Foster was! Couldn't believe it was the same player! If Hak's seen that in him in training, no wonder he's kept hold of him: he battled for everything and won almost all of it. The two late goals were obviously a blemish on our back 4's record, but thought all of Lyons-Foster, Greenidge, Fowler and Binnom were great.

Fair enough, but if all those defenders played well enough, unless the keeper was badly at fault, how did we concede 3 goals including 2 in extra time, plus near misses ?
Not a moan just wondering how.

Thing is, it doesn’t matter how many posts some angry old chap on the message board writes, Hakan Heyrettin is our manager for the foreseeable future. The only people who can change that are not about to waste a small fortune gambling on a new management team. So vent your spleen if it makes you less unhappy. I intend to support my team and everyone who manages them, in the hope that one more positive voice on the terraces might make a difference. I refuse to join the morons on other social media attacking the only people who can Improve the outcome of this season. You do you; I’ll do me. No one is turning on the club, we all support the club, if the manager is under performing, then its something the club can change. You may dislike the morons or fuckwits as you called them that want a new manager, but im 100% sure there are loads of fans who dislike the morons and fuckwits who have their head buried in the sand and hoping for the best. Same story with the GK choice, "Hak knows best, he knows the players he has" I think now everyone can see how shit Mersin is, and when we throw young lads straight in against teams like Dorking, shows how truely shit Mersin is. But there were still loads of 'morons and fuckwits' backing the choice of keeper even when it was clear as day to any fan without his head buried in the sand that Mersin was not as good as Hadler and he has cost us a handful of points this season.

In the end it doesn't matter what we think cos the club doesn't care about us as fans, all we are is £notes. There are only 3 people that matter,Terry, Oliver and to a less extent Bill. They will make the decision regardless of our thoughts, we could be 100% behind Hak but if those 3 want him out then he is gone. I still say that Jan 2 will be the defining day, if we are bottom 4 and no action is taken then Hak will survive the season on the flip side if we are bottom 4,just been well beaten by D&R on national TV then I can see his dismissal coming. There is also the possibility that being in the bottom 4,quite possibly bottom and with attendances plummeting that Hak is ordered to slash costs and offload players to cut down on financial losses and I've seen managers up and down the country resign in protest of such actions as it would be an acceptance of relegation. We just have to go with what those 3 men decide as we have no say in the matter.

Not asking for him to be sacked. Doesn’t mean he can’t be sacked though. Does it ?

Not a moan just wondering how. As I say, there were goals conceded and overall it was a loss to two silly goals (we were down to 9 when the 2nd went in remember) - just trying to give credit where credit is due to a player we've all torn apart for his performances in the past.

Just wonder if we are defending as a team as well as we should. All our defenders including the keeper had decent performances and yet. That elusive quality holding midfielder never made his appearance, strange really. For most supporters it has been a gap in the squad since the start of the season. Not suggesting our shocking defensive record is down to a single role but it is probably part of the problem. In the meantime it is down to Hak to turn things around. OK, I don't think performances are nearly as bad as some supporters paint. Def don't think that all is lost if Hak stays, in fact I believe the opposite. I could be wrong of course, it has been known.

I think its a case of while your down you get kicked and luck seems to be against you. Performances have improved but results not. I think we are improving and expect results to as well. Not the time to sack Hak at all if we can recover from the sledge hammer disappointment of Tuesday night and continue to improve on the pitch especially around the panic defending that beset us in the last 10 at Dorking then we will be ok
