Hi Phil, you must of been cheered up a bit with the win against Woking the other night? Yes I was, you tend to forget what a win feels like......... We know that feeling well, Phil!

Will be a tough test. They have a more than capable squad and seem to have stability with a good result over Sutton. I’d take 1-1, but have a sneaky feeling they could sneak it 1-2. Fully expecting Paxman to put in a stellar performance Sounds about right the first time we see pax playing a blinder at the Gallagher will be against us.

What I would like to see is for big George to clatter/chop robinson in first 5-10 mins, same goes to paxman. Put them right off their game.

Robinson was properly dreadful for us, looked an absolute fish out of water. And no sooner had he re-signed for them he started banging them in again.
Make sure he knows he’s been in a game George. Make sure he barely gets a touch.

Robinson, Paxman etc are now playing at a lower level than they were last season. Most of our players from the second half of last season were not good enough for the NL. When you look at the list of players that we have lost during the last couple of seasons (look at Dover's current side for example) it looks like the club has made some poor decisions and we should/could really still be in the NL.

Bugger! I had it on the calendar and didn't notice. And it might be Britannia too, which I've not seen on the main line. On the other hand, I was still in my dressing gown at midday.....

Such an entertaining match, end to end stuff, but Stones much the better team. Plenty of good performances. Amaluzor, great goal and looking the real deal throughout. Akanbi, working so hard up front and with good effect. Nice to see Khan have such influence in midfield. A class act ! Only grumble this week - missed far too many chances. We really should have scored at least 4. But, things are def looking up !

Fairly usual day for Pax at the Gallagher. Doesn't play the full 90 minutes and ends up on the losing side. Shame

Sadly missed this due to being hungover in Orlando. Good win and hopefully we’ve set out our stall for a promotion push.
I did see comments on Facebook from some fans hoping Paxman played a blinder...sometimes the logic baffles me in wishing to see the team you support falter just for players gone by...

Best perfromance of the season for me. We played some really decent football, moved the ball quickly and had so much time and space to run into. They wasn't the outfit I thought they would be. Good front line but woeful in midfield and defence. A fair scoreline would of been 4-1 to us.
Glad for the 3 points, onto Braintree!
