They barely created a chance themselves in the first half, then they score straight from a corner, followed by a good goal. We just couldn't get going up top at really today, thought there no 4 was very good for them along with Ross, he looked a different player than when we had him, maybe because it's his level now.

Our new signing #14 did look if you blew at him hard enough he’d fall over as he did many times

Wasn’t there due to a million boring reasons!! Three of our better players from the last couple of seasons in the Wealdstone team today! Think letting Phillips go could have been a mistake and it appears his replacement Khan is inconsistent so far, either MOTM or rubbish! Well losing away to top of league can hardly be a surprise or reason to panic! Clearly missing George We didn't let Phillips go, we offered him a contract he turned it down as he wanted to try and earn a contract at a higher level, however he ended up at the same level as us.

The usual strange disconnect with the reports/views on here and what SL said.
Are they just too positive, or do they see it as it is/was, but all we get on here are the negative views?

Loads of conflicting comments from our fans , some that I will agree with and others that I'll say it's your opinion and I and those that don't see eye to eye with them , it's only a forum , everyone can say as they see it. I had the pleasure to renew my acquaintance with Tim , our Chairman from Imusc and travel by coach to the game , it was a bus man's holiday for me as I am myself a coach driver !!. Wealdstone looked fast , playing the ball on the floor and threatening to blow us out of the ground well before the wind and rain did at the start of the second half. One sloppy and awful first goal as what I would describe as one of those for their second , cause from where I stood it was a strike out of nothing in a crowded penalty area and poor Jake Cole nowhere to see it coming !. We did struggle in that first half and apart from a Dan Wishard effort we never threatened their goalie. Amaluzar is a commodity player that can produce a bit of magic , bug also he appears to be selfish , cause again today , it may have been easier to square the ball to one of his colleagues, but again he wanted that glory goal to his name and I wasn't surprised when he was taken off at halftime. Edwards is just dog shite & lazy and really a very poor player on par with what we had here last season !. If the management comes back to say that he isn't fit or coming back from injury , then why play him ?. We were very much under the cosh for 35 minutes of the second half, miraculously we scored against the run of play and could have stolen a draw !. Massively impress with Big George, who came on the pitch at the start of both half of the game to give his troop a gee-up !. In the space of a week , we've seen 3 Maidstone United teams , at Concord there was one that got a goal and battle to win the game by this solitary goal. Last Monday , up to the 65th minutes there wasn't much in between the teams but we took our chances and won comfortably 4-1 ! Today , a combination of the two but this time it was us on the receiving end of a superior Wealdstone team !!. I hope that you are still awake , I will end now by saying :"Onwards & upwards to next Saturday when our old friend Kedwell will be in town with his merry men from Havant & Waterlooville ! ... So let's get back to winning way and also create a great atmosphere at the Gallagher Stadium. I must also say that our support was great in the second half , reminded me of our Ryman Premier away days , when we always out sung the home side !!!

But I wasn't commenting on that - the day my French (or Hungarian) is half as good as your English, will be the day I start picking you up on mistakes. I was just amused by the idea of a real 'busman's holiday'. You're getting as sensitive as DaveU!

Having had a few hours to pass, I still think we were as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Good late showing but never in it and we lost to a side that real drive.

Standard Toon , but it's his team now ! Can't go blaming previous players cause again yesterday , Michael Phillips was running the show in midfield for them without breaking into a sweat !!. It's happened at every matches except against Chelmsford so far this season !!😱😱

Not a happy bunny, but unlike a certain clown last season, at least he takes on some of the blame himself.
