What kind of crowds do Hungerford get?
Last Tuesday ( home to Slough - a relatively local game ) gate was 467. Last season, lowest was 170, a Winter Saturday v Concord, highest 620, an Autumn Saturday hosting Torquay.
Answer, not so many then ….

So probably only be 500 of them wanting to see us play, with the Stones faithful making it 600? We HAVE to beat this lot or at least get a draw. Losing wouldn’t be at all a good thing! If we can’t beat Hungerford how are we going to fare against the mighty Eastbourne?

Calm down chaps still 22 days to full panic to go!My point was arising from shock as to how small Hungerford is, and their crowds etc. They are punching above their weight to be in NLS, so we really should get something at their place

Healthy sign that supporters are mostly giving the team time to settle down and gell. Players signed seem good enough for the club to have a decent season although 2/3 seem a bit lightweight at present. Hopefully we will get our first point at Hungerford. Oldboy's index finger may be hovering above the panic button but I sense he will be able to relax after a few more matches.

I think oldboy goes to bed clutching the panic button just in case it needs pushing.

40+ mph winds forecast, so of course we'll play beautiful football on the deck and win 4-0.

I predict a lot of snowflakes in meltdown if we don't win.

Setting off in a minute with no expectations of this being anything other than dreadful. Bit like ten years ago in the Ryman Prem. Hey-ho, COYS and all that.
