I suspect where we see Jay end up, Stu Lew could swiftly follow. So long as it is close enough and fits in with his ideas of how much time he can commit. From what I hear Stu has hung up his boots and will be devoting himself to coaching at Tottenham.

OK these are the comments.
"It’s important to underline we’ve got a fantastic community club working here. "We can’t lose sight of the fact the club is in a good place and people around the club are working very hard to make all the different bits work that are needed to run a successful football club. "It’s a community club and the community side is working very, very well, so that’s the good news and that’s what gives us confidence we can rebuild the team and move forward again."
It may be obvious to you but not to everybody.
What is so looney about these comments by Oliver ?
By the way if you have any reservations about the credentials of Stones as a fantastic community club, I suggest you get down the Gallagher this week-end to check out your facts.

Misses them as the type of player we need. Not the individual's who are past their prime.

Mr Davis has the solution to this embarrassment in his hands. I look forward to him buying Mr Ash out for £2 million or so and then we can get on with the joyous business of slagging off everything he says or does

I think he may have been referring to this in the readers' comments at the bottom... Aha! that explains it.
If Oliver Ash lacked courage or balls he wouldn't have been nowhere near as successful in business as he undoubtedly is, and wouldn't have had the honesty and humility to admit to fans his mistakes over hiring the Clown.
He doesn't lack ambition, he just has a sensible head on his shoulders that doesn't just panic and throw money down drains when it gets tough, which is what Mr Davis seemed to have expected Oliver to do when we were struggling against £32k a week Salford and other moneybags clubs in NL. It wouldn't have worked, he - and MUFC - would have just been severely out of pocket.
But, however looney other think Mr davis view is, he is entitled to it!

Never heard of Todd Davis but he sounds like a newby who has lived with nothing but success and cannot handle failure when it arrives. Maybe Todd wants to get to the EFL at all costs even if we end up folding again. Mr Davis if you are reading go away the club does not need your sort and we will flourish in our own good time.

He used to quote a post without adding anything and then post a completely separate reply
