People saying Richards isn’t good enough are basing it on what exactly? The games he has played he has outperformed many of our other players. My argument is surely he deserves a run of games so you can decide one way or the other? If the management team don’t want him then they should tell him that or allow him to leave on loan which was requested and subsequently turned down. I guess the management (and it’s been a few different ones with an admittedly sketchy record of who they rate as good and whose not) do not rate him from seeing him every training session. Also, his loan spell was hardly stellar. It does seem bizarre that he hasn’t been given the chances others have, I will admit that. My opinion, from what I have seen over the games he’s played in the last seasons, is that he isn’t good enough but I am not going to say anymore on the matter as I agree that he hasn’t been given a chance and that he may be better than I have thought. I still think he clearly doesn’t impress I training. That seems to be true, right? Don't know about training, but what is so difficult about HH playing Jack Richards in every remaining NL and KSC game for the rest of the season then JS 2 and H making a FIRM decision to keep him as a real first team prospect for next year or let him try first team football elsewhere. Surely not rocket science?

The only reason, or otherwise he would be playing, given there ain't exactly a lot of competition. But then why hasn't he moved on? Strange, to say the least. Thinking ahead to our last two home games, I can't help thinking the club needs to provide reasons for people to turn up. Apart from the fact that these must be two winnable games in the battle not to finish bottom, is there anything else that they might do to promote better attendance? The difference between less than a thousand paying on the day and our usual average could add between £20 and £30 000 to the coffers. Not to be sniffed at, if only they could think of something innovative.

Play a recognised right back at right back and a recognised left back at left back. (Whoops we got rid of them didn't we!)
Play all the players who are staying, with those who we would love to stay but are probably leaving, and don't play players who we don't want to stay, unless we really really have to.
Play Richards, Amaluzor and Embery.
Make sure JS2 does the post match interviews and starts to tell us, along with the owners with a microphone on the pitch, more about what to expect next year, budget wise, squad wise, player wise, and true expectations of coming back up, and how we are going to prepare ourselves better as a team, as a club etc for NL V2.0 if we do bounce straight back.
Apart from that dancing girls and men and circus performers may help - I would pay to see the Clown from Billericay driving an MUFC car that the wheels fall off of with him driving for him to then get covered in flour, water and free reign for whatever the Genco faithful want to cover him in.
Guaranteed 3000 a game for that!

No chance for any of that I am afraid. The information you want will not be divulged by JS2 for fear of other teams beating us to the signatures of future players. I wouldn't believe a word TC said anyway but OA seems more likely to give us a slightly more truthful insight. You can expect any Info though to be divulged on a Thursday night down at the Spitfire so that you have to drink their ridiculously expensive shit Sheps beers to put money in the coffers. As for the clown I would be a lot happier if he never set foot in our stadium ever again and when Bill&Ricky sack him again soon he'll be lucky to get a job above level 4.

Love to see the Clown given the job at Boringwood (To put them back down where they should be - i.e. below NLS) or somewhere embarrassingly small - like as the new face of Whitehawk for example.
Trouble is he obviously interviews well so may even con his way into a decent job again especially if he kisses and makes up with Tristan, who seemed a good bloke.
Yes, would be good for OA to make his Thursday night fireside chats over MUFC beer more public..............but I wont hold my breath. They are probably smarting from the JS1 interview still.

I'm glad it's not just me that sees what Taylor does. I was starting to think I was watching a different player to everyone else. In a way he's similar to how Sweeney and Jack Parkinson were when they played for us in that people who can't see beyond the obvious just didn't get what they brought to the team. I thought Taylor was a creative winger/midfielder in the Amaluzor mould?
If he is a "hidden influence" in midfield doing the basics simply on behalf of everyone else with no frills then yes, I am missing it as I was measuring him by a different yardstick.
I will watch him more carefully next game to see what you all see. Also, isn't this what Muldoon is supposed to do? I missed his contribution as well last night, possibly for the same reason.
However, Amaluzor and Swaine you could not fault. Very promising both.
Also nice touch for the players to acknowledge the half empty Genco and for WDH to come over and sign autographs for young fans. Well done, Will!
Taylor is a winger by trade however we seem to be playing the popular 4-3-3 system which means amaluzor, Turgott and Cassidy fill the front three. This means Taylor either misses out or plays out of position as one of the three central players, in this role he hasn't done anything special but he's been a damn site better in there than some of our so called centre mids especially when it comes to distribution, i also think his attitude and work rate are what still wants. Richards might have a nice trick or two, we all remember that flick against Wrexham the other year, but he has an awful lot of negatives in his game: Lack of passing and falls asleep defensively and wanders around looking scared of making a tackle being the biggest three.
