I haven't bought a KM for years. Only buy the programme occasionally in the hope the owners have something interesting to say.

That’s what I’ve always thought - and hoped for! No one else is worth keeping other than Blair or maybe Phillips, both of whom will stay in NL or higher. Not sure about Jack either. Interesting from Michael Phillips here. Doesn’t know yet if he will stay or go. Hopefully stay but I think he’s much better than NLS. c.newsnow.co.uk/A/983588250?-18679:6337Can we say anyone other than Turgott is much better than the NLS standard?? It could have been a case of 11 good players all good enough to play NL football, but the wrong mix! Or was it an over rated squad. Either way if the players are good enough for the NL time will tell if clubs at that level sign them. If they don’t Maidstone have got to be up there as one of the Biggest teams in the level below. I would like Phillips in the squad next year as he has potential and the NLS is a good place to learn his trade. Let’s be honest if he was not starting every week in his favoured position of CM in a team that finished bottom, who would sign him to play there as he is?

Yep, you may have to put a hand in those long pockets of yours ! Still get the KM every week. On the whole it's better written than the online version, I guess they've managed to tidy up some of the more glaring errors before it goes to print.

Haven't bought a KM for 2 years bit I did notice the Maidstone edition last week had the SCUM all over the back page so I won't be buying one until they disappear back to the Medway edition where they belong.

So Coker is wanted back by HH and JS2 but is going to see who they bring in to see if he has any chance of ever being picked!
Sounds reasonable to me!

Sounds more like he has been told he will have a struggle to feature and that he may want to look elsewhere for regular games.

Yes I think that is much more likely. Showed some promise and talent first time round but that's about it. It's on the cards that JS2/HH will be looking for an upgrade.

My memory of AC is him coming on as sub against Bromley in the KSC and attempted a rabona from the wing. I thought that just about summed him up - trying to be too clever at the wrong time.

Tricky for a player. You're one of the few with a contract, but out of favour. I would like to see him get a fresh chance. But it's a new regime.

A Tonbridge fan who is or was in the Beerseller said that after Monday's game that Cinedu McKenzie ,the scorer of the blues first goal, admitted he had been approached about a possible move to Maidstone for next season. If their is any truth in that only time will tell.

Well back in the early days (1890s) we used to ship in players from Scotland. Assuming McKenzie is Scottish, of course.....

If their is any truth in that only time will tell. If the JS2 scouting missions have been as intense as we are led to believe, and comprehensive enough to find a whole new squad, I expect that there are absolutely loads of decent and half decent players Like Mr McKenzie across the South East Counties who have been approached at one point or another to test the water..................and who are still deliberating their futures. Time will tell indeed!

But is Cinedu McKenzie good enough ? [br Absolutely no idea Nick - that’s where I guess we need to trust our Managers judgements and make up our minds when and if we see him play in black and amber. Anyone else know anything about Cinedu, in the absence of any other news of who we are looking at for next season?
