I've tried this before and ended up with 90% being happy and a few dropping out making the situation worse! I think if we run it we'll probably just ask for a 'voluntary' contribution and leave it to the individual Hopefully a few more will still decide to travel Its a mid distance away game to a lovely town and a new ground for most I would think. It maybe our only chance to go there for many years ,if ever again and add to that the scintillating football that both teams are playing I cannot understand why people are so unwilling to travel. Yes I know it's an expensive business watching away from home but surely at the start of the season this was one of the games most people would have been looking forward to. I am going come what may even if I have to get the overnight national coach there and back but I would prefer Tim's travel as it's much easier.👨🚀👨🚀👨🚀👨🚀scintillating football?👨🚀👨🚀👨🚀👨🚀. Yeah alright I made that bit up but come on people who knows we might even win book your seat NOW!

But you never know, they might still be in the NL by the time we get back...

You could always change your holiday. Not these days - have to go when the schools say. So, no Easter or August footie. Then change your holiday destination and have a fortnight in Derbyshire with lots to do. Skiing Fell walking Pot holing Nature trails Football Historical towns Football Good beer Good food Football A crooked spire Er,Football So see there is plenty to do .

I used to put football first. Now it's family every single time. It means missing a few games. I may get another chance to see some northern team, but I'll never get another chance to see my child in some activity that means the world to them. Monomania is not healthy.

Bump, Now we are down let’s enjoy this away game, seats still available "Enjoy", now that's a novel concept.
But I'll be there regardless of any enjoyment.

My thoughts exactly the travelling there, the pre match build up and then after the game along with the journey home, the only fly in the ointment is the shite that will be served up from 3pm until 450pm
