How did Blair injure his knee exactly - awkward fall? Ross Flitney caught him in the home game with Eastleigh.

What's damaged our season most? a) Jay being sacked b) Harry being appointed c) Turgott getting injured Despite wanting to answer a) or b), I suspect it was mostly c). Although I wouldn't have put it past Harry to have sold him. Has to be the Wheeler. Jay could have done more had he been allowed greater resources. Turgott's injury just one of those things, plus as our sole scorer he was therefore more vulnerable. Wheeler was pretty much given all he asked, but still screwed up, losing the dressing room in the process. When you look at how Dover, D&R and Fleet have done since they changed managers about the same time as us, we are the only ones to continue struggling, though Dover wobbling again, maybe. Wheeler really has bollixed our season

Combination of poor summer recruitment then poor decision making in appointing someone who didn't meet the criteria advertised as what we were looking for.

Just read the interview and I just have to say that Jay Saunders getting the sack was not a big enough punishment for liking Luther Vandross.

B). Saunders couldnt get us any further he even admitted that eventually should have gone at the end of last season but Clown as he shall be known will go down in history as an extremely poor Manager who only exceeds when there is monmey involved At the risk of historical revisionism, HW gave a great interview promising to completely rebuild the team in weeks and echoed the owner's vision of a club structure. Club owners supported the rebuild, with no new finance beyond cup run money. HW shipped out JS's underperformers, but couldn't replace with better quality at short notice. With a couple of undeserved early victories, there were plenty here willing to give HW time. If HW had been here from the start of summer, he might just have got away with it. I admit I was excited by the HW appointment at first. He tried to change too much too soon and there is more the management than buying and selling players. He seemed to have little man management (my way or the highway).

I think Harry Wheeler has great ability when it comes to team management, he got rid of Loza and Efete, they then eventually signed for Bill and Rickayyyyy. Get yourself sacked from the Stones job, rejoin your mate that originally "sacked" you (no, he really did, honest, I cross my heart and hope to die, come on, would I lie?). Then keeps playing Loza and Efete in your new Bill and Ricayyyy team, very successfully, may I add. End result - the Stones stitched up like a Kipper - well and truely mugged. Do ya nos wots I meeenz guv. Nock it on da ed. Sayz no more.

You really do make me laugh, go read the interview that Saunders gave last week he admits he should of left Maidstone before he was asked to leave so why would Terry or anyone else have nightmares about him leaving.
