Absolutely ! I guess I am finding HH a little amber tinted in respect of his views about Stones performances. He really shouldn't have been quite so gracious about a defensive effort that leaked 4 goals on Saturday nor about forwards that couldn't hit a proverbial barn door. But not his fault that individuals fail in critical areas of play I agree with what you say but I suppose he was just pleased,as was I,that we actually had a fair number of shots at the barn door as opposed at looking at it from deep within our own half. Defensively we were indeed naff but that is because we have naff defenders or should I say makeshift defenders who really should be in midfield where they belong. Overall I am not disappointed with his comments because we did look the better team for 75%of the game at Chesterfield and I think 4592 people left that ground wondering how the score wasn't the reverse of what it was.

Apart from a couple of dodgy post match interviews I just do not understand this mumbling of dis-satisfaction of HH these two guys were brought in to do a job maybe not for this season but certainly for next season, blimey fans been moaning all year about the revolving door that the players enter into, now they want another manager out before the seasons over. I posted Hakan out on the final whistle purely out of frustration. Once I took the context of the game in I realised that I was wrong. On another day IF our chances went in we could have embarrassed Chesterfield. I think I was too hasty. Hakan IN

However if we do not get off to a good start next season I can imagine fans turning very quickly.

I will go on record and say they should be given the whole season come what may as I reckon it will probably take till October to settle in a new squad and if we can be in the top 10 by then we can push on up to Xmas and chuck a good run in the cup in for good measure. If things are bad by the end of February then re-evaluate our position as to whether their contract should be extended at the end of the season.

Sword whilst many will agree with you and I for one think that the owners will be far more wary now when it comes to bad results, I think they will be petrified of dropping down another league. Add that to demanding fans, it will be a whole pot of pressure for the management team next year, and personally I dont think Walton will be part of it.
