The omens are not good because: 1) We hardly ever play well against Bromley 2) So far this season, every cup win (FA and FAT) has been followed by a pretty dire performance next game
2-0 Orient, then 1-3 Solihull 3-2 Woking, then 2-3 Gateshead 1-0 Oxford, then 2-4 Maidenhead
The exception was the 1-1 draw with Wrexham after we beat Macclesfield, so here is where it has to start looking positive. After all, we've won six times on the road, which is six times more than at home (!). Hartlepool and BW recently, but then you have to go back to 3rd November at Barnet, 29th September at Aldershot, 22nd September at Braintree and 7th August at D&R. In case anyone has forgotten, our last home win was 3rd August v Barrow. All our wins have been 1-0, apart from 2-1 at Hartlepool and D&R. Contrast that with our cup form, where if you include the KSC, we have played 10, won 6 (all at home), drawn three and lost one. Ok, mostly against weakened teams, but not Orient or Macclesfield though, so the challenge for JS and HH is how to translate cup form into league form, especially at home. So, sod the omens and cross everything. The revival starts at Bromley. Hopefully...

Facts are just that. Boring is endless posts and pages of two or three people arguing black is white and vice versa over nothing in particular. Give me information over that any day.

Was at Bromley a week or so back for a Sunday game, the far end is being redeveloped (the little stand that had a dozen or so rows of seats behind the goal).
Therefore it might be likely that we don't get that little section behind the goal again as you can only walk along in front of that stand and their fans will have to go elsewhere.
I am guessing once that stand is finished then it will be for home fans and then away fans might be given the other section behind the other goal although this is just an assumption by me nothing else and wishful thinking of being out of the rain when we go there in future.

No rain forecast for Saturday Got tickets off Bromley site Seems like we are on the side towards one end. Not great ! If it's where we were last time, the view is shite. And be VERY glad it isn't raining. If memory serves, the facilities are pretty rubbish too. After Dover, it's my least favourite ground from the away supporter point of view - even Braintree is better! Pissed off I can't go this season, but, much as I'd like to see the game, I won't miss the 'experience'.

As i say once the new stand is finished then they may make the end behind the goal available to away fans but i really don't know this is me guessing.

How is the view at Bromley 'shite'? It's a terrace at the side of a pitch, just like at most grounds.

Having just watched the Salford highlights am hoping Bromley give the ball away as much as they did. Of so, definitely got a chance.
