This thread is weird; five months ago we were all calling for his head, now Jay's morphed into some sort of demigod!?!? WTAF? Not all of us were calling for his head and Harry Wheeler turned out to be living proof of the phrase "be careful what you wish for". I would guess that the majority of supporters were not calling for his head, and those few that did support Jay on this forum were shouted down, as it were, by the mighty few that got their, Harry Wheeler wish come true, way. From a very nice frying pan, lukewarm to the touch, to a fiery hell that Beelzebub, and his minions would find difficult working in. Oh, and bye the way, I am over it, and was from the very moment he left by mutual agreement.

I'm pleased for him because he is a decent bloke and like many of us, he has a wife and kids to feed. He has a proper paying job - good luck to him.
Jack Richards should leave, because he is wasting his talents sitting on the bench for us. We're on our third manager of the season and they just keep ignoring him. Frankly, it's amazing he has stayed as long as he has. Not sure why he didn't go back to Tonbridge, I believe Steve McKimm did originally say they'd have him back once he recovered from his knock - they are in good form at the moment, so maybe they feel they don't need him anymore, or they can't afford him (third possibility of course, is that Jack simply doesn't want to play for them).

Jay Saunders + Steve Watt + Harry Wheeler + Tristan Lewis + John Still Wanna try that maths again?
