Is it just me or was there no sound on that video?? There is sound when I played it .... on an iPad. It might be that it depends on what device you’re trying to play it on ? Not sure.

Did anyone see what one of our fans did after we scored our first goal. Priceless 😂

No doubting we deserved that win. Hartlepool looked decidedly ordinary, especially in defence, but seemed to me that was because with pressed them harder and higher that I've seen a Stones side play for a long time. Just goes to show that if you put sides under pressure, they make mistakes. Having spent much of this season watching us try (and fail) to 'park the bus', it makes a refreshing change. Our new keeper does indeed have a long kick and, being a big fellah, will hopefully be able to dominate his area better than we've been used to. Let's now hope we can carry this performance into the ones v Maidenhead. ESPECIALLY that league game, for while it would be nice to keep our cup form going, we really need to start winning league matches at home.

Hartlepool's manager in his post match interview thought they were unlucky and that we played with 9 behind the ball.
Now I know they were our highlights but they seemed to show what I remembered of the game, especially of the second half, in that we appeared to have more and better chances than they did. Something you wouldn't expect if we had played as their manager described.
