So we still get at least £6,750 without kicking a ball It must be those Gills songs that keep us off live TV.

Solihull v Blackpool on TV will be interesting, if only to see how Solihull physically compare to a League side. Compared to our players, they were absolutely enormous!

Why on earth do you get nearly twice as much TV money for playing on a Sunday?!

I am surprised we were even considered for this measly morsel.

So we still get at least £6,750 without kicking a ball Considering - and I'll go out on a limb here - the almost universal expectation of defeat when we were drawn against Orient in the 4th Qualifying Round this and the money from winning the two ties already is unexpected bonus. Yes, it could be more, but I'm sure the club is happy to take it.

I believe this also means Football Focus is broadcast live from the Gallagher Stadium. Good publicity for the club. If this is true wouldn't one expect a bigger fee than for a Sunday highlights game, not less?

But the BBC are not only apparently getting 'cut price' highlights (compared to a Sunday fixture) but a 'free' base for a 60 minute live programme as well. repeat my question as to whether this ought to have more financial recompense to the host than those just hosting Sunday highlights?

Club should be grateful for the free publicity and im sure they are. Any other club would want FF at their ground. Publicity has a value...advertising our club to the million or so who watch FF would cost serious ££££
