Well even though I have a season ticket I believe that the way tickets are distributed for all ticket games is totally unfair. If you pay your money in one payment up front or weekly as you travel the country supporting the club makes no difference, I believe that as the club grows in stature it should adopt a new method of how to fairly give out tickets. Maybe be like bigger clubs, when you travel to away games you earn a merit point and over a period of time the more points you have the more seniority you get over tickets. I feel it,s not fair for people to travel week in week out yet miss out on cup games purely because they may not be able to afford to buy a season ticket. Another option for the club is to look into organising finance for these fans to use. I,m sure there will be lots of fans who disagree with this but hey I dont really care just putting my opinion across. If anyone has money worries but wants a season ticket then talk to the club officials an they will help you if they can, they helped me.In the end it comes down to the fact that whatever way they decide to distribute the tickets there will always be someone who says it isn't fair and that is purely human nature and you will never change that I just put money away each month. Painless way to buy an ST.

Lot of fuss about not very much but don't let it stop the grumbling.
Does anyone really think this match will be a sell out or even close ?
Anything above 3,000 will be top end imo

Priority should be given to those who attended the prior 2 FA Cup matches, not season ticket holders who only turn up for the more glamorous rounds of the cup. I think you should say, all those that are not in the main stand should get a ticket

The studium only holds 4,200 people. If more than that want to go to a game, some sort of method has to be used to decide who gets tickets. Whichever method it is, there will always be disappointed fans. You can agrue all day about which method is preferable, but no one has yet come up with a way of squeezing more than 4,200 people into JWW. And if someone can't be arsed to buy a ST and support the club, or at least join the supporters' club (just how hard is that?), and then go down to JWW once or twice a season to pick up your ticket (or get a mate to do it for you), I can't see that they have any right to moan about it. I am sure south Yorkshire police could get more than 4200 into the ground at JWW. Jeepers Lord...now we're going baseline

Me too. Could be good for us - bigger home crowd, harder for away supporters to get here? 1245 kick-off I don't usually get out of bed till 1200 on a Sunday. Just sleep outside the ground

Two aways and an FAC game has wiped me out this month! You can afford a season ticket but can't be bothered to follow the team further than 20 miles away and then proclaim yourself a diehard?

When are Sunday games likely to be announced ? They'll wait until the Oldham fans have bought their train tickets / booked their coaches and hotels I'd have thought.

Afc Wimbledon are on TV two rounds running... Thanks for pointing that out. It is hard to see the particular attraction of their tie for the 2nd round TV games, given that their opponents are unknown.

A small outlay to ensure you don't miss out. You don't have to buy a season ticket to be in the second set of supporters offered tickets, so I don't see the problem. Anyone who can scrape the money together to travel to away matches, can surely find the bit extra to join the club. It is exactly that type of irrational argument that leads to pages and pages of comments in these threads when there is simply no need. The system is fair, and not overly complicated. People start going on about proving attendance at the previous two rounds - okay, let's do that - now, how many people who went still have their tickets from the Orient game, to prove it? Geez.
