I'm not anti Saunders, but let's take stock, no wins in 15 games, something is not right, making subs too late in the game today again, and how about trying a different formation, it's not working, people say we have time... the clock is ticking and time is running out to save our season. It's in our hands let's hope we don't throw it away. We need a manager with better tactics.

As one of the old guard who followed the club at Sittingbourne and Ashford I am affraid I have to agree it is time for change although it won't happen. We were clueless today with no passion. Careful what you wish for.

I think maidstone are ready but we need a group of players to whom playing for maidstone means something not an overwhelming number of wannabes and journeymen No, we wouldn't want that.

Not for me - we hardly won a game in Jay’s last 12 months and that wasn’t changing, we just should have appointed a proven conference manager not a rookie

He didn't do well with his summer signings, I think we all agree with that, but he should have been given the chance to turn that round. Whatever he managed couldn't have been as bad as this.
