Woke up this morning to hear that, in this new Video Assisted Referee technology, it will not take up too much time and improve refereeing accuracy from 96 to 98%. That data must come from high ranking matches, because in our league, 80% would be good! Saturday was barely 50% (67% Woking, 33% Stones) and had VAR been available, the game would have last two hours. We know refs tend to favour home sides, but again, it rarely seems to work that way for us. I admit to having a thing about this at the moment and with three home games in quick succession, I intend keeping a close eye on refs decisions to see if it really is the case.

The way we play we leave space on the flanks for wingers to get at our fallbacks, seen us concede all season by this happening. 4-3-3 is offensive but it has its flaws, wraight and Hines (when he was here) aren’t very good defensively, flisher and BJT could attack and defend and when we picked it up last season we never conceded goals like we have been of late. If you find 4-3-3 offensive I think that you are too over-sensitive and need to "man-up". Personally I find 4-3-3 an attacking formation.

DSY is being played out of position and I find it bizarre. He doesn't have the pace to take full-backs on out wide, so I am not sure what he offers there. Must be frustrating for the guy. Presumably Osei has been signed to offer a bit more width and pace.
