If Sutton/Bromley go up and replace their 3G, that's it - end of 3g 'debate'. Every 3G club coming up will be expected to do the same - and will 'willingly' do so, or lose their promotion place. The only chance of the 3G battle being won any time soon is if Sutton/Bromley refuse their promotion or try the court route. But I can't see either of them risking losing their place in the EFL. Yeah it really looks like we're fighting a losing battle. At the end of the day, the Football League aint a push over like the Conference were...we cant bully this thru with threats of legal action

That was really my point, think it could be more serious than that though! Having broken NL rules, which we all signed up to - could lead to explosion from the NL leagues also, which would leave the Clubs playing Rymans at best, while keeping 3G!

Can't we just join the French league?

How about a breakaway 3G Conference League?
Maidstone.
Eastbourne.
Sutton.
Bromley.
Oxford.
Newmarket.
Durham.
Harlow.
Kilmarnock.
Hamilton Academicals.
Etc.

I note that the great 3G-haters Eastleigh have their home game postponed today. Waterlogged pitch, perhaps?

Stones and glass houses. Let's not go there right now.

Stones and glass houses. Let's not go there right now. I'd be more inclined to agree with you if we'd been bragging about how easy it was to get to the Gallagher with all the great transport infrastructure. Or, that we had a record of postponements over the issue.
Eastleigh made great play about their new pitch and, even ignoring the initial teething issues, this isn't the first game postponed this season because its been waterlogged.

From Dorking twitter: MATCHDAY: Tonight we visit the promotion favourites Billericay Town in the @isthmianleague. KO 7:45pm To ensure the game goes ahead, the match has been switched to the 3G pitch at Aveley FC - RM15 4PX, just on the other side of the Dartford crossing.
All that money spent on wages and a crap pitch.
