Did someone mention on another thread about pigott having a Maidstone picture as a background image on twitter? If so then it's now gone from his twitter account.

Don't rate Piggott that highly. Wouldn't mind if he left.

seen plenty to like about the Pig -excellent hard working team player who holds the line together and will bag a fair number of goals over a season can see him working well with Delano if Jam can be persuaded to return, better still for me JP is a more important player to the team than another favoured striker who has yet to sign

He holds the ball up brings players in and links up well. He puts his all in chases down lost causes and he takes a battering from opponents but just gets up and gets on with it. He does come across as a confidence player but that goal at Dagenham highlighted what he can do when confident and I think if we can get his signature then he could be a 20 goal scorer for us which would be massive for not just the team but him as well as that would get him more exposure with league teams for the following season.

He wins a lot a headers as well, so hope he signs but Jay is indicating that he's probably asking for what he was on at Cambridge. Hopefullt the club put a decent, reasonable offer to him as he defiantly wants to stay at the club.
