Dorking and Boreham Wood would be strong sides next season. A resurgent Torquay…gonna be a quality league next season

Really not sure what has gone wrong at Boreham this season, they normally challenge for the playoffs.
Still got the same manager that nearly got them promoted to the Football League, and looking at their squad, it looks far too good to be struggling like this.
If relegated, as long as their owner doesn't pull all funding, they should win the National South next season.

Rumours that they have tightened their belts and the money isn’t there anymore There is a tiny rumour going around that if Barnet move from the Hive to a new stadium then Arsenal Ladies will replace them at the Hive and should this happen then Boreham Wood will have lost their main source of income. This though is only a rumour told to me by 2 members of Brighton Ladies fc.

If they do get relegated, it would be rather good if BW had to join the National League North. Not impossible if Fleet and Dorking come down with them? Hard to know at this stage, but the NS could be quite a bit stronger next season - and therefore harder to get out of, assuming that is our aim? May that is why we have two new players?

Although I dont particularly want promotion we ,as a club, would be stupid not to go for it especially if we finish 3rd and guarantee home ties all the way.We may come straight back down again but that is just life.

I'm pretty sure Oxford are going to be put into the North, even though in the past they've made it known they wanted to be in the South whenever there was talk of moving them back into the North......they played in the North from 2012 to 2015
Even though Braintree is technically more northern, the National League seem to want to keep them in the south.

I wonder if it might work like this NLN will lose 6 teams (2 up, 4 down)
Kiddy coming down is 1 replacement NL Prem will supply 2 more Needham Market up from SLPC makes 4 Plus one more from SLPC (ie Telford, Mickleover, Leamington) makes 5 And then Oxford (at a push, possibly Chesham from SLPS?) makes 6
All of which could change if York fall away

1-1 draw for Ebbsfleet after being a goal behind, with a 95th minute equaliser.
Clawing their way painfully by the bloody fingertips to safety point by point.

Developed a back bone. Amazing what a change can do We always had the players. The problem was Kutrieb changed 5 or 6 every game, no continuity. Best players watching from the stand. Add on his relentless passion for death by pointless passing at walking football pace, little wonder we were heading south. Searle does the basics, but does it exceedingly well. Pick your best team. Stick with them. Play attacking football , but at pace. Mix up short passing with longer passing. This league is tough, as you guys know from experience, but it's possible to thrive.

Luke Gerrard to leave BWood at the end of the season. Shouldn’t have too much trouble in getting a good job
