I have to say that I was also thinking that as well, HS, but wondered if the option to play Bodkin centrally was another angle. In saying this I also recognise your, quite correct, point about his ability to use other players around him. When people like me crave creativity we are talking about the ability to consistently put in good passes that set up chances or lead to dangerous situations where chances can be made. I certainly don't want to see someone ghost past 3 players only to lose it to the fourth opponent. This was a feature of Greenhaigh's play last time around. He is undoubtably very talented with the ball at his feet.

Rumours - hearsay - innuendo You or Tim have not named a source for this so people will think you're just spreading gossip Purely speculation on my point! I'm waiting for the 'Oi Timmy can I have a word?'

Yes. You now have a very good squad.
A really big squad and a great deal of attacking options.
Once Miller and Greenhalgh get international clearance, the below space must be watched!

On a similar line, I noticed Rooney scored a penalty for Luton midweek - I wonder who their captain is!

I would like to see more of Ben Greenhalgh on the pitch once he is fully match fit and for that matter Ashley Miller too. Both these players have played at a higher level than we are at the moment and have still to fullfil their true potentials as footballers, so why not here at Maidstone and especially when everyone concerned with this club has one goal in mind, that is to gain promotion "by hook or by crook" this season !!! ... I see us in the Conference within the next 5 years and only players with their pedigree could see this vision turn into a reality !! ... I won't say it too often ... but "Well done" to Jay and the board for believing in their choice of players that we have recruited so far this year. The recurring debate in our level of football in this league, is that players want to be on the pitch playing rather than "sit and warm up" the bench in the dugout, and they are right to feel that way, but also with the back up of good players at our disposition it is healthy for the management and coaching staff to have the luxury to choose which players will do the job required to win the game at the time of playing whichever team is presented to us on the day. C'mon you Stones !! Allez les Ambers !!

Sorry to remind you that I was the first person to point out that it was Ben Greenhalg ... and in the future, please keep to commenting in the team performances rather than adding silly quotes irrelevent to posts ... I may be less intelligent than you as you've pointed out to me, so prove it by making constructive and correct posts !! lol ;-)
