What a delightful ground it was! Mold everywhere in the club house - even on the beer pumps! Both urinals in the ground completely full to the brim so it was a case of piss on your own shoes! The directors' toilets was the portaloo behind the mainstand - which was also overflowing and smelt like someone had puked on the rotting carcass of a fox!

Struck me as poetic justice.

Very nice chicken kebab after the game from the Charcoal Grill in Lewes High Street. One of the best I have ever had! Set me up nicely for the drive back to Bucks.
