Tennis is not for Ob1 so he has resorted to mindgames where he imagines various scenarios about MUFC players.
He then concludes if Kaiyne Woolery is good enough for Burnley then Orlando must be in the sights of LVG.

Seems to me that there are three possible explanations as to why Kaiyne can be such a promising player for Tamworth / Burnley and so, how can I say, mediocre for Maidstone:
a) The pressing / over physical style of some Ryman teams we face inhibits genuine ball players playing for Maidstone ; or
b) There is a break in the time/space continuum between us down south and those up north ; or
c) Our style of play sometimes / often employed ( "hoof ball" ) merely gives midfield ball players a strained neck looking up at the thing sailing over their heads.
It's a close call, but maybe c) ?

And he was younger and less experienced when he first played for us. I think he was better than 'mediocre'.

So you're saying that the further you delve back in time, the younger a person was? Interesting concept...

Why would a team who have a 'sensation' that is being watched by Premier league sides not play him in their team and instead loan him out to a side a league or two below???.. that does not make any sense to me..

Couldn't be arsed to start a new topic, but rumour has it that Kaiyne Woolery has signed for Bolton Wanderers. Saw it on Facebook that they were making a big signing from Tamworth that had been on trial at Burnley and put 2 and 2 together.

It takes a while for that kind of info to make it to South Carolina. Stones v Bolton in the league in a couple of years then?

How has he even had a trial at these teams? I wouldn't even have him in our starting 11. Too rash with his decision making. Wonders will never cease.

I did mention on that Bolton thread that he didn't seem to stand out too much while playing for the Stones. Maybe the higher level will raise his game. How many of us will be looking at Bolton's scores to see how they do?
