Lower mental capacity was in reference to me, which is usually about 130/140ish. If you wish to believe I ahve autism then sobeit. Not sure why you would want to be writing something glib about the rain man when you get so dreadfully upset about such things. As for the autism sites you posted. I did read them. You showed more of the traits than me and, I suspect (although I may be wrong) the majority (if not all) people would show some traits anyway. Once again, you are posting stuff about mental illness when I have said nothing about it. So I am a little unsure as to exactly your point is. As for attitudes to mental illness try this one for size. Obviously you were, rather pathetically, masquerading as another poster at this point. I'm not a trained psychiatrist either but I do know your head is just a little f****d.

If the lower mental capacity refers to you then why write it? If it makes you dreadfully upset and abusive why carry on, unless you like abusing yourself? You still haven't sufficiently explained what you meant by "lower mental capacity".

Lower mental capacity than me. In reference to me...i.e. I am the reference point. For someone claiming to be borderline gifted you do need a lot explaining to you.
I think your inability to understand that I was the reference point explains the nonsensensical parts of your post.
Anyway, thanks for venturing on to a little-used part of the forum to get dreadfully upset about something that was never said and, on the basis of something that was never said, start accusing people of poor attitude when you are, in fact, the one making the glib comments on the very subjects you claim are of the utmost importance to you.
I'm off to bed. If you wish to embarrass yourself further then fill your boots

I still can't understand why you needed to use that phrase. You've obviously looked it up and know what it means. I bet you still call black people coloured.

There is no problem with the phrase lower mental capacity. It really refers to people with less ability to work things out. Problems arise for you because, despite your orderline gifted abilities, you seem to want to get it muddled up with mental illness. They are two separate things although a person with mental illness may have lowered mental capacity (be it permanently or for a period of illness). If you already know that then you are deliberately trying to make out I have said something I have not and shame on you. So are you really unaware of the subject you claim to be see such an expert on or you are guilty of wilfully trying to make things up that were never said. Either way it is a little embarrassing for you.
As one of my daughters is dual heritage I will pass on your discussion about skin colour.
EDIT: I did not need to look up the phrase mental capacity, as I have been aware of it for years. Probably because I looked after my nan a lot when she suffered alzheimers and went ot lots of her appointments, spoke to doctors. Would you prefer I used a word such as retarded? Would that keep you happy?

Oh dear. In modern slang pleb may well be used a phrase for lower mental capacity, as well as general scumbag. Being an economist I know that Pleb is short for plebeian. It means of the common people. The outrage over Mr Mitchell's comments was on a class-based level and nothing to do with mental capacity. Surely someone in your line of work would know that? It was in all the papers. e.g www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/9558670/Andrew-Mitchell-police-row-Why-has-the-word-pleb-caused-such-outrage.htmlI am particularly astonished that someone who writes with such latinesque eloquence in their signature did not know what Thanks for your first link. It highlights what I have said about mental capacity and mental illness n ot necessarily being the same thing. Why should I do the work when you can destroy your own arguments. As for looking stupid, what can I say... Sorry I forgot this board was for the hopeless plebs that have to stand or sit in hard plastic seats. At least I know that I don't need to bother offering the ticket to you if I can't make a game. I think a few people have had a very good experience up there when I've not been. Now you have decided that plebs means lower mental capacity (not to me it does not) then you have now spent most of a thread complaining about what you were prepared to say yourself (under a pseudonym used to wind people up). This is so embarrassing for you now it's sad to watch Any more?

I have an IQ of 159 so I'm assuming the lower mental capacity refers to the fact I have a recognised mental illness. I thought you were supposed to be a bit above all the discrimination kind of thing. Quite frankly I'm disgusted you could bring something like that up. Possibly aimed at me because I'm from Newcastle and we are all stupid and illiterate up there, mind you I am getting better now, I can now just about wipe my own behind and tie my shoes up, thankfully my employers don't mind my lower mental capacity and continue to pay me a shed load of money each month

I don't recall you being overly abusive. You were a little abusive on one occasion and that earned you a BAFTA award nothing else

In my defence I have no mental capacity, I am human and proud of it. I have just been to the loo so I am not full of s**t and feel more comfortable for it

The jolly nice chap you can speak to for real, face to face at games, and the message board warrior who is probably the most argumentative poster on any forum I've ever seen him on.
