Just been on the phone to Bill Williams, who will be manager for the Directors XI, and to me it sounds like they're running scared! 
(I will be if he reads this!)
Anyway, the upshot is that the game will be played over two halves of 35 minutes each so that the more senior players in the Directors XI do not expire during the game!
The Directors XI is expected to field Oliver Ash, Terry Casey, Jay Saunders, Steve Ward and various other dignitaries for within the football club.
Also Bill has requested that we stick to around 22(ish) players, with 11 playing the first half and the next 11 playing the second half. Rolling substitutions will still be allowed for those not fit enough to last 35 minutes.
The restriction on numbers ties in quite nicely with the actual number of supporters who have show an interest and so with that in mind I would like to invite the following people to make up the Supporters XI (preferred positions listed, but this will need some tweaking):
Frank Williamson - Anywhere
Ant Coombes - Anywhere
Nigel Cox - Anywhere
Matt Bruce - Defence
Paul Furst - Defence
Darryl Roots - Defence / Midfield
Dan Broad - Defence / Midfield
Mark Lancley - Forward

Glenn Bryen - Forward / Midfield
Chris Harding - Goal
Jonathon Parr - Goal
Simon Craft - Goal
Nick Norris - Goal / Defence / Forward
Darren Styles - Left / Right Back
Nigel Tyler - Left Midfield
Richard Kerin - Midfield
Rob Amey - Midfield
Julian Thorn - Right Back

Mark Marshall - Right Back

Can you all please confirm that you are willing, able and ready to play on Friday 21st June please.
