I think he is active on other forums, he is still burning sorry I mean building bridges on the Shittingbourne forum and long may it last, what a bunch of idiots they are, constantly bleating on about us
“ What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses, marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It’s a small boy clambering up stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father’s hand, gawping at that hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and, without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love"
My 40th Birthday on the 4th May I definately want a big fat promotion as a pressie from the club and i really think we can and will do it. Games like these generate massive interest locally could be better for the club next season if we go up by the playoffs than as champions because if we put on a show in the playoffs to a full to the rafters Gallagher stadium with all the excitement that brings could boost the interest/attendanced even more for next season.
Just did'nt go our way on Sat -v- Faversham but keep the faith and lets be cheerful. My first full season with the boys and have met some great characters and new mates. Walton Cas on Sat. On the coach and its 'rum time with Uncle Albert'. Even if we fail I'll be back next season clutching a new season ticket. Well down 'Kentowl'.
Me,I'm just a lawn mower. You can tell me by the way I walk.
What's up with the Messiah NWS. He's gone very quiet,(for a change). Do you think we are good enough? When it matters
Thank you for your concern, SS. I am currently decorating my lounge so the Internet has to be switched off and moved and there is only one point in the house (I can hear the cheers from Tim from here). Don't worry because I will finish tomorrow and then there will be no more switching off of the Internet (was that the twang of Tim's rope?)
Warm Regards from the Darling of the Messageboards who has seen a verifiable 190 different teams play at home.
