This is all set up for a great game on Saturday...both teams in fairly good nick. There is also the "King" factor. He is now beginning to produce the goods with great runs, good awareness and an eye for goal. Still needs to get on the pace for the full game but I think he is nearly there. Interesting article on Folkestone's web site - see this link www.folkestoneinvicta.co.uk/component/content/article/53-slides/462-bid-for-play-off-spot-ahead-of-big-stones-clash.htmlIt looks like Kenny Hill and (Sir) Frank Ovard may well be in attendance according to that link. It will be so good to see them - both legends. As long as we can keep our shape, not panic at the back, get the ball to Flish and Tom on the left with Kingy and Shaun drifting around up front we could be in for a good time. I still do hope though that we get that steady rock of an old fashioned centre half to soak up the attacks and deliver simple starting links....whether this is someone already in our ranks I am not certain....if not let's get one? Looking forward to this one and then a nice home match next week to resettle the nerves before a big week away to Dulwich and Herne Bay. Come out of that unscathed then onwards and upwards. Come on you Stones.

When i was on the way back from Saturdays game against the team from surrey whose kit looks like a mint jacobs club biscuit that beat us, I had radio kent on in the car, and their was an interview with someone from Folkeston invicta, and i am sure they said somthing about playing us being "An Easy game" for them, lets prove them wrong on Saturday!
