We're lucky to have ten men on the pitch too. Our 4 should of been sent off for throwing a punch at their guy who was then promptly booed from all sides. Aving said that he was anonymous all game so I doubt it would have had an affect if he walked.

Total balls, mate. How many saves did Derren make? Apart from the two goals and the two admittedly glaring misses at the start of the second half I don't remember Derren making a save, while their keeper made two decent saves from King, quite apart from the sitter he got stuck under his feet in the first half. I admit CDG were the better side but we still had more shots on goal than they did. Derren certainly made one save in the second half but generally they missed their chances and Derren was nowhere near them. You seem to be clutching at anything. They should have buried us. If you think we ran the game second half get a recording and look at how much possession they had after we scored our second. Look at how much time they spent in our half after we scored our second. You will then realise that we didn't run things second half or first half. I'll grant you that for the little bits in which we did force something we created something but if you believe that we should have, on the balance of play and decent chances, done anything other than lost then you either know little about football or you just didn't absorb what you were watching. We escaped with a point. I never disputed that they were the better side. I pointed out that we had more shots ON GOAL than they did which is a simple indisputable fact. You said yourself they missed theirs. To be honest, I'm getting rather fed up with your constant carping about our performances. Surely it's not wrong to look at the game through amber tinted spectacles. At the end of the day we got a point. I don't really care of it was daylight robbery, or if in your words we escaped with a point. It's still a point against a bloody good side and they all count. Try the amber tinted specs occasionally, you'll feel much better about the game afterwards.

I had a pair of them IS, wore them for years, it made me believe in the ''monies in place we're coming home'' speech council steps 2004 It made me buy the ''back home 2006'' sticker and the mug (yeah right) How about the ''we'll build it ourselves'' 2009 ish Then someone had the idea to take us to Ashford, and I think Trolley broke them and I was steered into the dark side and those Amber tinted specs just didn't work any more but...... Three wise men brought new faith and excitement but those magic glasses were never the same anymore!!!! Tim Tims Travels University of Hard Knocks 2013 ;D

Hullo chaps hope you don't mind a CDG supporter saying a few words about Saturdays game, obviously first time visit and was quite taken aback at the crowd levels and the proffessional stance of the stewards within, as matchday reporter for CDG i was able to view from the main stand, obviously a bit shocked after 20 mins, but awaited your response in the second half, was then yet again shocked after missing out on those two chances which could have been interesting at 0-4. But with the introduction of your midfielder really turned the game, and we really had to hang on.
The decibel level really went up when you scored each time, thought the pitch suited us as we were able to pass the ball thro midfield, as against the 'big hoof' at this time of year on the heavy pitches that one comes across now. Be looking out for the Dulwich result, whilst we lock horns with Chipstead, by the way Shaun Welford is magic, wish we had him, hope you get promoted there again i'd miss next seasons visit!

Thanks silverfox1946, glad you enjoyed the visit, and what a performance your team put on. In truth despite the anti 3G brigade most teams have enjoyed their visit to he GS. The whole experience seems to be ensuring fans return match after match. Good luck for the rest of the season and please take some more points off Dulwich

Try the amber tinted specs occasionally, you'll feel much better about the game afterwards. Sorry, the drug-ridden one has now moved the debate on to something fairly minor. Let me help you David. Teams can have a lot of fairly hopeful shots on goal which don't really trouble the keeper. It doesn't mean much. The chances created by CDG were good quality chances that should have been taken. If they had they would have been out of sight. As for your silly complaint about my 'carping on' about performances. I simply comment on a performance as it happened. What I say will not affect that performance because it was in the past. If you don't like an honest appraisal of a performance then don't read it. However, I find it strange that you complain about indisputable facts and then refuse to accept the indisputable (i.e. we were not the best team) and want me and others to say something different. I would also advise that you look back over the things I say. When we played well I said so. When we didn't I said so. Hence, it is an indisputable fact that I haven't carped on. BTW I felt OK about the game afterwards because we escaped from the game with a point when we had no right to do so. Perhaps you should have asked me how I felt. You may not have made yourself look silly, again, on the Internet.

Why do you discount any chances we had. king had 3 very presentable chances, one of which he messed up, and two of which brought saves from their keeper. Shaun had a couple blocked and Ade scored two so why are you saying we didn't have any decent chances. Also, at no point did I dispute that were not the best team.
And finally, why do you have to resort to insults every time I disagree with you?

I have not discounted anything we had. The chances we had were nowhere near as clear cut as thse of CDG. Simple fact. We were lucky that they contrived to miss them.
You wish me to wrote with amber tinted specs rather than honestly. Hence, you wish me to write something other than the other team being the better side. Simple deduction really.
I would love to know why you have to write with such poor language. Phrases such as 'total balls mate' or that sweary one you wrote the other week. CHildren have to read that filth but you then rather strangely complain that I call you the drug-ridden one. It's just a life of contradiction from you isn't it?
