Holding the back of his leg as he went off, so assumed it was the hammy! If it isn't I shall issue apology in due course!

It's interesting, perhaps, that we are mourning an away draw, because we were expecting to win. That shows the difference in outlook the supporters have over even last season, which just goes to show how far we have come this year.

B) Don't want a last game nail biter!

There have been a few games recently where we have looked tired, and that may be the only downside of never having a home game called off. However, we are not going to play scintillating football every game. Look at Man U, they haven't really played well all season but are still top of the Premier League. I don't think there have been many gams where we simply haven't looked up for it, so on the whole I'm pretty happy with the way things have gone this season and if we play as badly as we evidently did on Tuesday and still not lose we will most likely win the league.

Well said Yes Dave well said. And just back to the pitch debate further back in the thread. I simply said it contributed to a poor game. Was the same for both sides. And I didn't make Hythe but if the pitch was just as bad or worse there then fair play to the boys for getting something out the game on Tuesday night. It is not easy to run around flat out for 90 minutes after a full days work especially after a hard fought win at Hythe on a heavy pitch. For me they did look tired on Tuesday, more so as the game went on. It was a battle against a physical side and they could have rolled over but dug in and ground out a point. Nice job. Oh and I forgot to mention how much better our goal difference is to! We really are struggling the moment. Am really concerned we might not run away with the championship ;D

Hythe's pitch was appalling and to be honest the majority of away pitches will be of a very similar standard for the remainder of the winter, it was a crazy decision to play Flish especially if the pitch was as bad as reported, we should use him sparingly and maybe home games only until he is fully fit and keep him of the cabbage patches

I will be there on Saturday so all will be alright with things. Don't worry chaps I feel happier knowing you will be there on Saturday Thank you, TA. I know Tim and Alan will be as well. Alan was particularly appreciative of my steadying influence on the fans around me at Hythe, when I arrived at HT amongst the doom and gloom. Quite clearly I was the catalyst for victory, as the relaxation amongst the supporters was felt amongst the players when they entered the field of play second half.
